E Solutions' data center facilities are manned 24x7x365 by professionals who are ready and trained to help you with any issues whenever they arise. Our technicians are backed by an engineering team to ensure that your issues will be resolved in a timely manner, no matter how challenging they may appear to be. Since we're a local company, all calls are routed locally and your issue will be handled right away by E Solutions employees. You won't deal with a call center or wait for a technician to arrive on site to resolve your issues. We're always here.

Qualified

All technical staff members have at minimum of five years' experience in the Hosting and Data Center industry. Due to the sensitive nature of our clients (banks, credit card processing, medical records, e-commerce etc,) All E Solutions employees must pass a pre-employment background screening and drug testing as part of our hiring process.

Redundancy

Our technical staff is comprised of both engineers and technicians. The engineering staff serve as escalation points to the technicians and they hold enterprise-level specialties in Microsoft, Unix, and Networking.
